The Bankruptcy Commission is composed of a number of attorneys concentrating in Bankruptcy Law. In the Commission there is representation of the different sectors that participate in the bankruptcy process: attorneys who represent debtors and creditors; Chapter 7 and 13 Trustees Our objective is to deliver, through continuing legal education courses of a dynamic and engaging format, high quality education on substantive, procedural, evidentiary, advocacy and, trial skills to the bankruptcy practitioner.
